CANCELLATIONS: SDIA will refund your registration fee in full if written notification of cancellation is received at SDIA's office by Monday 28 April 2008.  Cancellations received after this date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.  After Monday 12 May 2008, NO refunds will be given. SDIA must be notified in writing when sending a substitute.

NON- ATTENDANCE: If a delegate fails to attend, fees will not be refunded or allocated to another event.

DELEGATE ATTENDANCE CONDITIONS: Completion of the delegate registration form binds you to the following terms and conditions, which are applicable to the duration of your stay at Crown Promenade Hotel, Crown Towers Hotel and the Crown Entertainment Complex ('conference venue'): The conference venue reserves the right to remove from their premises any person who behaves in an unreasonable manner.  To the extent permissible by law, SDIA accepts no responsibility for such an action and is under no obligation to refund any portion of the delegate registration fee, accommodation or travel expenses for such action.  Conference delegates will assume all risk for damages to their person or property arising out of attendance.  To the extent permissible by law, SDIA will not be responsible for loss suffered by any delegate as the result of any goods or services provided by the conference venue.  Your employer will indemnify SDIA against all property damage and/or personal injury, which is caused by a delegate, sponsor or exhibitor or their agents.  Employers should ensure that they have sufficient insurance to cover this potential liability.  SDIA does not have a duty of due diligence with respect to presenters or sponsors or exhibitors, and makes no endorsement of any presenter or product. SDIA reserves the right to amend the agenda.  SDIA reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event at any time. Full refunds or transfers will be given in this instance.  SDIA will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the attendee if the program is cancelled or postponed.
