A unique opportunity exists with an established independently owned Adelaide based Stockbroking firm. We are looking for an experienced derivatives trader with skills in trading ASX ETO’s. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years options trading experience, or a combination of options and equities.

The derivatives trading desk is a close knit, dynamic and sociable team, offering a good working environment. We are seeking a versatile proactive individual who thrives under pressure, who will add significantly to the current depth of experience and broaden our internal skill base. We require an experienced trader, preferably with an established client base, who can assist in supporting the current requirement and more importantly participate in growing an exciting new area of our business

Responsibilities will include the identification, development and execution of successful option trading strategies. The management of client accounts for targeted profits within defined risk parameters. Strategies will be applicable to both existing clients and also designed to attract new clients both internally and externally.

Trading will encompass both the speculative trading through writing of options, and the use of options within existing equity portfolio’s and managed accounts.

Remuneration is negotiable, based on experience and the ability to transfer existing clients. The location is in a new state of the art central Adelaide CBD building. Relocation assistance from interstate will be considered.
